Researchers’ Night at the Institute of History

Utolsó módosítás: 2016. március 09.

On the occasion of the Researchers’ Night there were four events at the Institute of History: historical playhouse for children (with drawing, painting and gingerbread decorating), ’modeled history’ with mock-ups, military traditionalists’ demonstration with weapons and equipments from the ottoman ages to the present.

In the evening there was a roundtable discussion with historians about three favorite and contested themes: the Ottoman-Hungarian coexistence (by Sándor Gebei), the circumstances of Petőfi's death (by Róbert Hermann) and the Kádár era (by Tibor Valuch).
